Role- Audio Video Technician
Location: Marlborough, MA - ONSITE / LOCALS ONLY
Contract
Checking all conference rooms on a regular basis
• Test all aspects of rooms equipment
• Hardware power status confirmation
• Battery levels on items like remotes
Confirm correct functionality of all audio and video features
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues
Ensure rooms are in good looking order
• Work with facilities to remedy any physical needs of the space
• Utilize monitoring solutions to quickly identify and respond to issues
• Assist users with immediate room issue or needs
• Troubleshoot active problems in person
• Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues
AV Training
• Hold regular training sessions with the site
• Usage of the equipment
• Best practices
General AV support questions
• Track and respond to ServiceNow work request
• Work with the greater AV group on implementing changes to the AV environment at your local sit
• Point person for all AV needs your site has
• Special Projects; work with other team members or manager on AV oriented projects read more
